The latest round of the Express Entry draw took place on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. 4,500 invitations to apply for permanent residency were issued today. Setting the record for the largest number of invitations issued in a single draw.
The lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in this round was 470, with the tie-breaking rule cut-off on January 13, 2020, at 10:52:52 UTC. The latest cut-off score is a 2-point drop from the last draw on February 5, 2020.
The total number of invitations issued this year is now 14,800. This is only 17 percent of the 2020 target to bring about 85,800 new immigrants to Canada through the Express Entry stream.
